Kari Wuhrer was born April 28th, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was still in her teens. Her most well-known role is Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders and also her character Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) working as a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a policeman and car dealer). She has three siblings. While she was a kid, Wuhrer sang at nightclubs and slipped out to perform. She studied acting from the age of 13 at the Wooster School. Later, she studied acting at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Marymount Manhattan College, Columbia University, and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts with famed teacher Uta Hagen.Kari Samantha Wuhrer, a model from Connecticut is an American model, actress, and singer. In her teens was a nightclub singer, she would sing and then slipped away to perform. In the year she turned 13 young, Kari studied acting at the Wooster School. Later, she began her studies in drama at the Tisch School of the Arts in New York University, Columbia University, Marymount Manhattan College as well as The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art with renowned teacher Uta Hagen. Kari started acting when she was aged a teenager. Her first television break was in 1987 on MTV's Remote Control.
