Jacqueline Fernandez
Jacqueline Fernandez was born in Sri Lanka. She is an actress, former model, who has primarily worked within the Indian film industry. Jacqueline is an 2007. Miss Sri Lanka Universe winner. Fernandez was born in Canada and is of Canadian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian and multiracial heritage, spent most of her childhood in Bahrain. After obtaining a mass communication degree from University of Sydney, she was employed in Sri Lanka as a television reporter for a few years prior to beginning to enter the world of modeling. In 2006 she took on the role of Sri Lanka's Miss Universe and became one of the models with the highest popularity in Sri Lanka. On a tour for professional models through India in 2009, Jasmine was cast as Aladin in the film by Sujoy Ghosh. She had her breakthrough in 2011, as she was the lead female character in Murder 2. The career of Fernandez exploded following it became a commercial and critical success. In the years since, she has appeared in films like Housefull 2 & 3, "Race 2", "Definition Of Fear" as well as Judwaa 2. She serves as the brand ambassador for numerous companies and has been awarded several accolades.
